Sarah McNeil. Artist, illustrator, blogger. She simply likes to draw and she spends over drawing most of her life. With breaks of meals of course. She was captured by Japanese food and visual stimuli. But the orient can’t be seen in her art. McNeil is in harmony with nature in it. She draws people and animals. The artist gives childlike fantasy to the images of the former and utmost care to the images of the latter. In both cases her works look very classic and dignified. Despite the old-fashioned style McNeil is in harmony also with the times. Instead of traditional website she regularly runs a blog (sarahmcneil.blogspot.com) and online store (www.etsy.com/shop/SarahMcNeil). Moreover she has her own profiles on Flickr, Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook. Some of her outstanding achievements I present below. For more I invite to the mentioned blog and to the official website of Sarah McNeils portfolio (www.400pencils.com).
